Nuage Nine's expertise in the home systems space comes from decades of senior level work in the home entertainment, mission critical computing, and electronics industries. The founding team has a combined century of experience in these industries and detailed knowledge of the latest home technologies. As home entertainment products continue to converge with computing systems and networks, the combination of expertise that Nuage Nine possesses will enable the company to stay one step ahead of the industry.

The management team is led by Vaughn Petraglia, President and CEO:
Vaughn Petraglia's career in high technology and consumer electronics spans 25+ years, encompassing computer hardware, software, networking, systems integration, home theater and systems support, including Vice President positions at Data General and SevenSpace; Director positions at Stratus Computer and Thinking Machines; and senior positions at home electronics-focused firms. In recent years, Vaughn has built upon his organizational and systems knowledge in the pursuit of his vision for easy-to-use yet robust next generation home management systems.

Vaughn is a CEDIA Certified Professional Designer (CCPD), a CEDIA Registered Outreach Instructor (ROI) and has published a number of articles online and in print.


Hank Finke - Vice President of Sales
Hank Finke has over twenty years of experience in managing customer relationships and growing revenue in the consumer electronics and home automation industries. His skills include building successful sales organizations, growing revenue through global expansion, and securing profitable sales channels. His most recent role was operating Westborough Consulting Services, a company focused on improving sales efficiencies and processes to dramatically increase revenue and profit. In addition, he has led sales organizations while serving as Vice President of Sales for Harman Specialty Group, Director of Worldwide Sales for ReQuest, Inc., National Sales Manager for Genelec, Inc. and KEF/KH America, and Inside Sales Manager for JBL Consumer Products.

Hank received a BA in History and English from the Ivy League Columbia University in New York City and currently resides in Westborough, Massachusetts.


Martin Stokoe - Director of Engineering
Martin directs Nuage Nine's experienced and talented engineering team driving both current product support and future development. Martin's background includes three decades of software development and management experience, including both customer-facing and engineering roles. Past positions include Director of Systems Engineering at Broadband Access Systems (acquired by ADC), management of telecommunications solutions marketing for both 3COM and Sonus Networks, Professional Services Business Development Manager at Lucent Technologies, and development lead for key communications protocols at Stratus Computer. In addition, Martin has software development experience with Zigbee-based home area networks, smart meters, and cable broadband. Martin brings to Nuage Nine the expertise in software development and customer knowledge needed to drive product direction and support.


Carolyn Read - Vice President of Marketing
Carolyn brings over twenty years of market-focused work to Nuage Nine and offers demonstrated expertise in both marketing strategy and program execution. Her experience in the field includes senior positions in product marketing, channel marketing, industry marketing and outbound communications, as well as consulting on company repositioning and messaging. Past positions include leading roles in product management and marketing programs at Stratus Computer and Stratus Technologies where her major accomplishments were the direction of all outbound industry marketing efforts to substantially grow the company’s revenue, management of the company’s flagship product line introduction, and successful re-launching of the company in the telecommunications market.

In addition, Carolyn was Director of Marketing at Telica where she led the launch of the newly formed company and successful introduction of the company’s first product line, and Director of Channel Marketing and Sales Support at SpeechWorks International where she designed and implemented a new channel partner program and sales support strategy. Carolyn earned an undergraduate degree in Marketing and MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Bentley College (now Bentley University) and currently teaches undergraduate marketing courses as an adjunct instructor.
