The Nuage Nine solution innovatively provides complete, automated monitoring for error discovery, prediction, and correction and allows Electronic Systems Integrators (ESIs) to remotely configure and manage high-end home entertainment, computing, control and energy systems.
At the center of the Nuage Nine product suite is the N9 Appliance, an onsite system that is installed in minutes and automatically discovers the devices at the customer's location, populates the central system, and creates a real time view of the systems for the integrator.
Once the service is installed and the Nuage Nine support suite is enabled, automated alerts can be sent via e-mail or text for each device or service. These can be tailored as required, using distribution lists and variable time of day notification.
Proactive alerts on systems resources, temperature, systems status and upgrade requirements are sent directly to ESI personnel. Through these diagnostics, the repair of many problems such as restart of a hung component or reboot of a gateway can be done remotely.
Historical reports are also available on demand and in the form of monthly trend reports, enabling an integrator to review system performance and availability with their customers, or service provider.
A Configuration Gateway module allows for remote configuration management, configuration tools management, and real-time configuration information back-up. ESI’s can log in to customer sites from any device in any location to program and configure both IP and RS-232 attached devices at customer locations.
The Nuage Nine system is easy to install and intuitive to use, so systems can be activated quickly. The web-connected appliance and browser-enabled dashboard are designed specifically for integrators and enable real-time monitoring and correction.
